I thought it would be nice to share what work outs we are doing and what changes we can see from them.
For me; I've downloaded 2 apps "Couch to 5K" and "mapmywalk" it really helps motivate me. I started myself out by walking 1 mile a day for 1 week, then increasing my work out.
